A foreboding new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin warning that the socialist Western colonial powers aspire to “create a new Axis”, similar to what Nazi Germany did before World War II, with him factually observing: “Last year, NATO agreed on a new strategic concept for the development of the alliance, directly stating that the bloc intends to develop relations with countries of the Asia-Pacific region… And they are directly listed, these countries, such as New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, and others… And they announced that they will create a global NATO…That is why Western analysts themselves are saying that the West is starting to build a new axis, similar to the one that was created back in the 1930’s by the fascist regimes in Germany and Italy, and militaristic Japan”, says he then announced that Russian tactical nuclear weapons might arrive in Belarus as early as this summer.

While President Putin was warning that the socialist Western colonial powers are using NATO to create a Nazi Germany global military axis, this report notes, the socialist Biden Regime left NATO allies Turkey and Hungary off the invite list for next week’s so-called Summit for Democracy—a snubbing of Turkey and Hungary because these NATO members have called for peace in Ukraine—a peace Russia tried to secure when it signed the Minsk Agreements with France, Germany and Ukraine, but yesterday former French President Franсois Hollande became the latest socialist Western colonial leader to publically admit these agreements were a farce used to secretly arm Ukraine—and today, thousands of Christians in Ukraine have gathered around their most sacred church that Ukrainian Nazi forces are preparing to seize, where Metropolitan Onufriy of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church proclaimed this morning: “A powerful prayer resounds in the Holy Monastery…The world lives not by talk, but by prayer…I call on you, brothers and sisters, to pray for our brethren so that they may perform their service here and offer their prayers in the future”.

Instead of reporting on President Putin warning that NATO is creating a Nazi Germany global military axis, the socialist Biden Regime snubbed its own NATO allies Turkey and Hungary because they are calling for peace, yet another Western leader publically admitted the Minsk Agreements were a farce intended to secretly arm Ukraine, or that thousands of Christians in Ukraine have gathered to protect their most sacred church under dire threat of seizure by Ukrainian Nazi forces, this report continues, the warmongering socialist Western colonial powers leftist propaganda media unleashed a tidal wave of articles like “Kyiv And Berlin Slam Putin’s Plan To Station Nuclear Weapons In Belarus”, “Russia Accused Of Taking Belarus ‘Nuclear Hostage’ With Deal To Station Missiles There” and “With Plan For Tactical Nukes In Belarus, Putin Is Scaring The World To Distract From His Problems”.

After wading through the tidal wave of lying socialist Western colonial fake news leftist media propaganda articles about President Putin, this report notes, it caused Director Hans Kristensen of the Nuclear Information Project at the Federation of American Scientists to post the message about President Putin: “Much uncertainty and confusion from initial reports about what he actually said”—shortly after which, top Kremlin geopolitical analyst Deputy Director Victoria Feosova of the RUDN Institute for Strategic Studies and Forecasts granted a rare televised interview to clear up all “uncertainty and confusion” about what President Putin said, and exactly what he meant.

First noted by Deputy Director Feosova, this report details, is that the most critical thing President Putin said yesterday was in response to legendary American investigative journalist Seymour Hersh’s article “How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline”, about which he declared: “An American journalist, who recently gained prominence in the world, said that he conducted an investigation and concluded that this blast was orchestrated by the US intelligence…I fully agree with these conclusions”—Deputy Director Feosova then explained that when President Putin made this declaration yesterday, it put into immediate force the Russian Nuclear Weapons Doctrine, that calls for Russia escalating a conflict in order to de-escalate it—Deputy Director Feosova next explained the relationship between President Putin and former president Security Council Deputy Chairman Dimity Medvedev, that she describes as President Putin presenting a calm face to the world, while Deputy Chairman Medvedev channels unrestrained rage, such as Medvedev declaring back in March that Russia is in a direct war with NATO, but that President Putin didn’t respond to—is a public separation between President Putin and Deputy Chairman Medvedev that no longer exists, as exampled yesterday, which when after Medvedev urged Russians to start pirating Western moves, music and other content, top President Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov immediately backed Medvedev, stating: “It is Russia that has been outright robbed by the United States, and Moscow has to deal with pirates in the West anyway”—all of which was followed by Deputy Director Feosova explaining that Russia will respond to the act of war terrorist bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines by attacking the undersea communication cables linking America to Europe (of which there are many targets), that she said will lead to a “peak of tensions” that the socialist Western colonial powers will back down from, otherwise, she said, President Putin’s warning to them “If you want war, we’ll show you war” will occur.

While planning for a “peak of tensions” attack on the socialist Western colonial powers mandated in the “escalate to de-escalate” nuclear war doctrine of the Russian Federation, this report notes, President Putin also factually observed yesterday: “Russia’s output level and its military-industrial complex are developing at a very fast pace, which was unexpected by many…While multiple Western countries will provide Ukraine with munitions, the Russian production sector on its own will produce three times more ammunition for the same period of time…The Western instigators of the conflict plan to send more than 400 tanks to Ukraine…The situation here is the same as with the ammunition…During that period, we will produce and modernize over 1,600 tanks, the total number will exceed Ukraine’s by more than three times”—a factual observation joined by President Putin proclaiming to the Russian peoples: “We are building our economy in such a way that we do not allow excessive militarization…As for all our plans for the development of civil engineering, healthcare, education, infrastructure development, we are not cutting anything…Nothing!…And they, the West, will have to cut spending”.

MINOR GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH: NOAA forecasters say that minor G1-class geomagnetic storms are likely on March 26th as Earth passes through a stream of high-speed solar wind. The gaseous material is flowing from a large hole in the sun’s atmosphere. Arctic sky watchers should be alert for auroras. Aurora alerts: SMS Text.

SEVERE GEOMAGNETIC STORM: On March 23-24, auroras spread into the United States as far south as New Mexico (+32.8N) during a severe (category G4) geomagnetic storm–the most intense in nearly 6 years. The cause of the storm is still unclear; it may have been the ripple effect of a near-miss CME on March 23rd.

“For about 30 minutes we watched as auroras danced and simmered in the sky above Yellowstone National Park,” says Michael Underwood, who photographed the light show from the Mammoth Hot Springs at latitude +45 degrees:

“This was my first time seeing the aurora and hopefully not the last,” he says. “It was a truly unbelievable sight.”

Other notable mid- to low-latitude sightings were made in Virginia (+38.7N), Colorado (+40.4N), Missouri (+40.2N), Colorado again (+40.6N), Nebraska (+42.4N), Nebraska again (+41N) and North Carolina (+36.2N). More than half of all US states were in range of the display.

Not every light in the sky was the aurora borealis. There was also STEVE. Alan Birdsell photographed the phenomenon from Spokane, Washington:

“This was the first time I have seen a severe geomagnetic storm here in Spokane,” says Birdsell. “It was all a very profound and surreal experience.”

STEVE (Strong Thermal Emission Velocity Enhancement) looks like an aurora, but it is not. The phenomenon is caused by hot (3000°C) ribbons of gas flowing through Earth’s magnetosphere at speeds exceeding 6 km/s (13,000 mph). These ribbons appear during strong geomagnetic storms, revealing themselves by their soft purple glow. STEVE also appeared over South Dakota, Washington State, Idaho, Idaho again, Montana, Montana again, and Scotland.

This remarkable and surprising storm began on March 23rd when magnetic fields in the space around Earth suddenly shifted. In the jargon of space weather forecasting “BsubZ tipped south.” South-pointing magnetic fields can open a crack in Earth’s magnetosphere and, indeed, that’s what happened. Earth’s “shields were down” for almost 24 hours, allowing solar wind to penetrate and the storm to build to category G4.

These developments may have been caused the close passage of an unexpected CME. The storm cloud could have left the sun on March 20-21 when SOHO coronagraph data were unusually sparse. We didn’t know it was coming. For aurora watchers, it was a welcome surprise. Aurora alerts: SMS Text.

A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev factually observing: “I will only say one thing, something that is already so obvious: the Russian Federation is not at war with Ukraine, not with the Ukrainian half-Nazi or Nazi regime – our country is at war with a 3.6 million strong NATO army…They are participating, of course, in such a hybrid conflict, and they, in fact, no longer hide it”, says about the war he assessed: “Comparing the strength of the Russian and American militaries is pointless…The consequences of a nuclear war would be monstrous and make it impossible to say which army was the first and which second…The prowess of a military force is measured by the outcomes of its campaigns”, then he issued an alert warning to the entire world: “If we talk about some sort of serious offensive that is associated with an attempt to retake Crimea, it is quite obvious that this is the basis for the use of all means of protection, including those provided for by the fundamentals of the Doctrine of Nuclear Deterrence, when the use of any types of weapons against Russia threatens the existence of the state itself…It doesn’t mean that this will happen, but the horsemen of the apocalypse continue to move”.

Causing the “horsemen of the apocalypse” to continue moving, this report notes, is most certainly not Russia, but the United States, that after obliterating $8 trillion of its national wealth in failed wars against lightly armed goat herders throughout the Middle East over the past 22 years, yesterday it saw the United States Senate rejecting a bid to repeal that 2001 war authorization invoked to justify American military operations in at least 22 countries—in assessing the United States, it caused world-renowned Russian industrialist Oleg Deripaska to observe: “Reckless militarization, sanctions against everyone, and military adventures around the world have already cost this country almost $33 trillion…The underlying economy cannot take the weight of the country’s enormous government debt and exorbitant spending…Printing more money is useless”—and was an observation joined by the grim news: “More than three quarters of Americans say they doubt their children will live better than they do now, a new Wall Street Journal/NORC poll revealed on Friday…About 78% of poll respondents said they do not feel confident their children will live in better conditions than them – the highest number since polling on that question began in 1990”.

Most certainly not wanting peace, this report continues, is American adviser Dan Rice to Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhny of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who yesterday proclaimed: “The Ukrainian military is poised to unleash a massive offensive against Russian troops in the coming weeks that will shock the world”—a comical proclamation followed this morning by Ukraine President Vladimir Zelensky more soberly declaring: “We can’t start yet…We can’t send our brave soldiers to the front line without tanks, artillery and multiple launch rocket systems”—a declaration that followed the news: “The stock of willing volunteers now appears to be dwindling…Ukraine’s population is less than one-third the size of Russia’s, not accounting for the exodus of millions since the war began…There have been public scandals involving inappropriate call-ups and videos appearing to show men being roughed up by enlistment officers for refusing a summons…A disabled person was drafted in western Ukraine and pronounced fit for service despite having no hands…Another died on the front lines within a month of mobilization after 10 days of training”—this week it saw President Zelensky demanding that socialist Western colonial leaders rapidly increase the supply of modern weapons to his forces—a demand joined by the leftist New York Times article “From Rockets to Ball Bearings, Pentagon Struggles to Feed War Machine”, wherein it documents it will take years and decades to replace the weapons already given to Ukraine—and as to the fate of the hundreds-of-billions of dollars worth of Western weapons already given to Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) reports: “Since the start of the special military operation, Russian military forces have destroyed in Ukraine the following Western supplied weapons: 404 aircraft, 224 helicopters, 3,562 unmanned aerial vehicles, 414 anti-aircraft missile systems, 8,392 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 1,072 combat vehicles of multiple launch rocket systems, and 4,424 field guns and mortars, as well as 9,091 special military vehicles”.

In an interview with The Times newspaper in London, this report concludes, soldiers of the Ukrainian ‘”Thor” special operations group revealed that they are using satellite data provided by the CIA to choose targets when conducting drone strikes against Russian forces—is an American act of war against Russia coming at the same time Ukrainian Nazi forces are going into Churches to abduct priests in front of their congregations, and whose Ukrainian Nazi Regime has cut off all contact with the Orthodox Christian Church—and in noticing how far the United States has descended into demonic degradation, it caused world-renowned American historian Professor Victor Davis Hanson of the Hoover Institution, in his just released open letter “Are We The Byzantines?”, to warningly observe:

The last generations of Byzantines had inherited a global reputation and standard of living that they themselves no longer earned.

They neglected their former civic values and fought endless battles over obscure religious texts, doctrines, and vocabulary.

Nowhere is it foreordained that America has a birthright to remain the world’s preeminent civilization.

Left and Right seem to hate each other more than they do their common enemies.

Like the Byzantines, Americans gave up defending their own borders, and simply shrugged as millions overran them as they pleased.

Our once iconic downtowns, like end-stage Constantinople before the fall, are now dirty, half-deserted, dangerous, and dysfunctional.

America prints rather than makes money, as its banks totter near bankruptcy.

Americans similarly believe they are invincible without ensuring in reality that they are. Our military is more worried about being “woke” than deadly.

Like Byzantines, Americans have become snarky iconoclasts, more eager to tear down art and sculpture that they no longer have the talent to create.

Current woke dogma, obscure word fights, and sanctimonious cancel culture are as antithetical to the past generations of World War II as the last generation of Constantinople was to the former great eras of the emperors Constantine, Justinian, Heraclius, and Leo.

The Byzantines never woke up in time to understand what they had become.
