mRNA Platform
Enabling Drug Discovery & Development
We built Moderna on the guiding premise that if using mRNA as a medicine works for one disease, it should work for many diseases. And, if this is possible – given the right approach and infrastructure – it could meaningfully improve how medicines are discovered, developed and manufactured.
Our Operating System
Recognizing the broad potential of mRNA science, we set out to create an mRNA technology platform that functions very much like an operating system on a computer. It is designed so that it can plug and play interchangeably with different programs. In our case, the “program” or “app” is our mRNA drug – the unique mRNA sequence that codes for a protein.
We have a dedicated team of several hundred scientists and engineers solely focused on advancing Moderna’s platform technology. They are organized around key disciplines and work in an integrated fashion to advance knowledge surrounding mRNA science and solve for challenges that are unique to mRNA drug development. Some of these disciplines include mRNA biology, chemistry, formulation & delivery, bioinformatics and protein engineering.
Our mRNA Medicines – The ‘Software of Life’
When we have a concept for a new mRNA medicine and begin research, fundamental components are already in place.
Generally, the only thing that changes from one potential mRNA medicine to another is the coding region – the actual genetic code that instructs ribosomes to make protein. Utilizing these instruction sets gives our investigational mRNA medicines a software-like quality. We also have the ability to combine different mRNA sequences encoding for different proteins in a single mRNA investigational medicine.
We are leveraging the flexibility afforded by our platform and the fundamental role mRNA plays in protein synthesis to pursue mRNA medicines for a broad spectrum of diseases.

Overcoming Key Challenges
Using mRNA to create medicines is a complex undertaking and requires overcoming novel scientific and technical challenges. We need to get the mRNA into the targeted tissue and cells while evading the immune system. If the immune system is triggered, the resultant response may limit protein production and, thus, limit the therapeutic benefit of mRNA medicines. We also need ribosomes to think the mRNA was produced naturally, so they can accurately read the instructions to produce the right protein. And we need to ensure the cells express enough of the protein to have the desired therapeutic effect.
Our multidisciplinary platform teams work together closely to address these scientific and technical challenges. This intensive cross-functional collaboration has enabled us to advance key aspects of our platform and make significant strides to deliver mRNA medicines for patients.

Report: Vaccinated Comprise 75% of Coronavirus Infections in Singapore

Vaccinated individuals comprise the majority of new coronavirus infections in Singapore, according to government data.
According to Reuters, vaccinated people made up three-quarters of the country’s coronavirus infections in the last month, although severe cases among the vaccinated have been limited:
While the data shows that vaccines are highly effective in preventing severe cases, it also underscores the risk that even those inoculated could be contagious, so that inoculation alone may not suffice to halt transmission.
Of Singapore’s 1,096 locally transmitted infections in the last 28 days, 484, or about 44%, were in fully vaccinated people, while 30% were partially vaccinated and just over 25% were unvaccinated, Thursday’s data showed.
“There is continuing evidence that vaccination helps to prevent serious disease when one gets infected,” the health ministry said in a statement, noting fully vaccinated people generally exhibit mild symptoms or none at all.
Singapore boasts a high vaccination rate, as 75 percent of the 5.7 million in the country have received the jab.
The Singapore Ministry of Health announced in early July that it would only count recipients of the American made Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines as vaccinated for the purposes of national statistics. Vaccinated individuals who have contracted the coronavirus are presumably recipients of one of the American products. Individuals who received other options such as Russia’s Sputnik V vaccine or one of several Chinese products officially count as unvaccinated.
The news comes as the Biden White House urges Americans to get vaccinated as the delta variant spreads across the U.S. Notably, White House press secretary Jen Psaki cited findings revealing that vaccinated people are more concerned about the variant’s spread than the unvaccinated.
“I believe it was a CBS poll — that showed that vaccinated people in the country are more fearful about the Delta variant than unvaccinated people,” she said.
“That’s clearly concerning to us because unvaccinated people should be more fearful. And what the President wanted to convey to people in the country is the impact and effect of getting vaccinated,” she added.
Meanwhile, Texas state Rep. Donna Howard (D), one of the fully vaccinated Texas state lawmakers who tested for the coronavirus after fleeing to Washington, D.C., alongside her maskless colleagues to prevent House Republicans from pursuing election integrity measures, is now among those calling for a universal mask mandate.

Dico ai miei figli di luce che il male non potrà toccarli, quindi siate gioiosi e tranquilli perché la provvidenza vi arriverà senza esitare. Sappiate che questo è il momento della scelta tra il bene il male, che la vostra decisione sia per il bene e quindi per la vita eterna. Figli miei, vi dico: tutto questo male terminerà, satana sta approfittando delle anime più deboli e più fragili, ma quando mio Figlio arriverà, tutto sarà nuovo e rinnovato. Mia amata figlia prediletta, come Mi sento solo quando in tanti, inclusi quelli fedeli alla Mia Santa Parola, passano così poco del loro tempo in Mia compagnia. Io desidero ardentemente la loro attenzione, anche solo per un momento della giornata. Così molti si sono dimenticati di Me e in molte circostanze danno Me per scontato. Non lo sapete che parlando con Me, anche solamente per poco tempo, effonderò su di voi le Mie Grazie? Coloro che Mi confortano parlando con Me – in qualsiasi modo è più semplice per loro – ottengono una pace interiore che non può essere trovata altrove nel mondo.
Nel vostro perseguire il piacere, le comodità e la stimolazione, le esplosioni di soddisfazione sono di breve durata. Nulla, compresi i più grandi tesori del mondo, vi soddisferà. E’ per causa Mia, della Mia Grande Misericordia, che vi è stato concesso il tesoro più grande – il Dono di una vita piena di grande gloria, di un ambiente meraviglioso, di un bel corpo perfetto e la capacità di sentire un amore permanente, che vi travolgerà, ma vi porterà felicità immensa. Questa è la vita eterna, e il tempo per Me di portarvi nel Mio Nuovo Regno sulla terra è vicino.
Quando parlate con Me e Mi chiedete di preparavi per questo grande giorno, sarete pronti, ma ci vuole del tempo per fare i cambiamenti che vi sono richiesti per il Grande Giorno del Signore. Come una sposa e lo sposo, voi dovete avere ogni cosa al suo posto prima del Giorno della Grande Benedizione. Dovete preparare la vostra famiglia, i vostri amici, i vostri parenti, con largo anticipo. Poi, quel Giorno, quando vengo a testimoniare questa Gloriosa Transizione, voi dovete essere preparati in corpo e in anima, così che siate fatti degni di entrare nel Nuovo Paradiso. “Pingdemic” insanity: UK government commits nation to mass starvation
After centuries of global rule, the United Kingdom is committing societal suicide by ordering millions of its workers across food, retail and medicine sectors to self-quarantine in their homes. Grocery store shelves are going bare across the nation, and industry leaders warn that the food supply chain is, “at risk of collapse.”
In the last week alone, more than 500,000 Britons were “pinged” and ordered to stay home. At this rate, within a few more weeks there will be very few people left to run much of anything.
The result is an accelerating collapse of the food sector as there are no longer enough workers to staff grocery stores, food production plants or to drive transportation trucks (“lorries”).
This is all part of the planned global collapse, engineered food shortages and depopulation / extermination agenda that’s now well under way.
